Midgard Self Storage

It was weird and slow doing business with a virtual manager. Needed to rent a 15 foot U-Haul and one was not available. Told closest one available was in Sylvania (opposite direction of where I was going -30+ miles at 1.09 per mile with no thought of adjusting price or giving a break on 20 ft trailer because 15 ft not available. I went on line and found one less than 4 miles away. It was at another storage facility- not sure if they were scared to recommend another storage facility, but I know that if the info was available to me, it was available to virtual manager. Price structure was not explained. It wasn’t a problem, but nothing listing pricing of storage units or parking spaces was posted anywhere. Price seemed a little high, but not enough to quibble over.
The unit I rented was very nice. I like the lock provided and security of gate - that does add value.
