Gate access code didn't work and no one in office to help on Sundays and customer service couldn't give me a different code or tell me why the code I received wouldn't work. Customer service gave me an email to contact and said they would email me right back with an emergency gate access code and I emailed them 3 times and still no response.
Total ripoff! Go anywhere but here! Never an employee on site. If you need anything you have to talk to a virtual employee! Ridiculous!

Dedicated on site property manager! What a Flippin joke! I came in today for some help! Just an easy question and she was in the office and told me to talk to the virtual person instead, while she sat there and did absolutely nothing! Pathetic!
Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere, but this piece of garbage!
I am not a fan of the virtual, I really miss the hospitality from Cary-the front manager, she's always so helpful and nice to me.

Update: I am moving out of this facility as they have chosen to violate their renters’ privacy and security by switching to coded “DaVinci locks.” You do not get to select your own code. It is provided to you AND stored by a third party vendor you have to call or text to get the code from. One of the reasons I selected this facility was being able to use my own locks with my own keys and their staff did not have copies. If I’m renting the space and providing an adequate locking system for MY stuff, it should stay as was agreed on my original lease. Now that this came up, I have discovered I will also be saving about $135/mo for the same size units, also climate controlled, elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and shop around for a better priced place that respects your privacy and doesn’t create security risks.
