Moving is stressful but they have been a pleasure to do business with. I was accidentally double charged fora service but they resolved the issue quickly. I love that they are very attentive to their customers and our needs.

Midgard Self Storage is a rip off they take advantage of people who have been through a hard enough time. People who need every single penny they have to live after this devastating flood. I called to reserve a unit for October on September 30th and they charged my card for the month of September. I was still in NC on September 30th and did Not put anything in storage!!! On Oct 2nd arrived to find I'm locked out for non payment of October. Everything is virtual . No help at the location. You have to email chat and you are stuck dealing with a company that does not care!

I thought that the technology was great with signing in. Your manager April that oversees the property she made sure that we had everything we needed as well as water because it was a really hot day and also I noticed she’s always cleaning. The whole storage unit complex was very very clean .

I’ve had a unit here for almost 2 years. Go anywhere but this place. There’s always gate issues. There’s no customer service. And they raise the price $10 every couple months.
