Great customer service from Jessica. There was a fire in a nearby unit and we needed to get everything out of the storage unit. We use this unit for our son who goes to UGA. He was out of town for Christmas break and we live about 7 hours away. Instead of making us drive down to move our stuff, she offered to have it moved to a same size unit at no cost. Going the extra mile means a lot!! Jessica was great! She was super friendly and accommodating.
