Jen was amazing. I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off. She was so patient with me. She helped me through understanding the account process. She was very kind and helpful. She deserves a raise. Thank you again for all of your help Jen!

As of writing this I am cancelling my agreement with Midgard and moving down the road to Devon Storage. My initial agreement from April of this year was for $104.00. The rate increased $30 over the summer. Got an email this morning notifying me that the rates were going to go to $181.00 for a 10x15 climate controlled storage room. That's two rate increases in 7 months. Unacceptable.

I had a great customer service experience with Kesha, she was very helpful, and made sure that I had what I need regarding my rental unit.

The ease of establishing the rental of a unit for your personal items is great. I am disabled and unable to walk far so this was wonderful. Glad this exists right here in Athens,Georgia. Whenever I have a problem Whitney is willing and able to help make everything right!!!
