Jewel was very polite and very helpful and reflects what true customer service should look like.

Jewel did a great job helping me complete my Midland Storage rental. This was the first time I did all this talking to someone remotely on a big screen. The storage facility and equipment is new so we had had to work through a few glitches. She did it all professionally,easily and with a great sense of humor.

Jewels, your virtual assistant is 'a jewel!' She was a huge help. I told her that I needed to close out one of my units and she helped me with that. She was very nice, patient with both me and her slow computer. I will be out of my one unit at the end of February, but more inclined to want to continue my storage future with Midgard. Thanks, Jewel!
