Flawless experience with Chris at Midgard. Customer service was excellent, outstanding professionalism and customer extremely patient. I’ve been a customer for a long time and a very busy person. It was refreshing to have someone of his caliber to expedite my rental of a new storage with such ease. Thank you CHRIS!!!!

I rented a UHaul here using the 24/7 ride share program, for after hours pickup. They received the truck, I received a call that my truck was ready and available for pickup. When I arrived at the location, after walking there, I’m informed by UHaul that nobody set up the lockbox with the key and that I would not be able to pick up my truck due to that. Midguard Self Storage’s mistake set us behind hours on our schedule, and cost me more to pick up the truck from a different location than what UHaul will refund me for my reservation guarantee. I should have never ordered to this location and I highly recommend nobody else does. UHaul was very clear with me that this was not my mistake, and that it was this facility that failed to complete something as simple as setting up the lockbox. I will never recommend this facility for anything, seeing as they failed to do something so simple.

Clean place nice units. Great security

I needed a local storage facility and Midgard was convenient. The process was quick and the price was fair. The facility is clean and easy to get into.
