I had two ladies help me get all the paperwork done. They were both really nice and knowledgeable.
Was very disappointed in the facility. The worker on-site was helpful and was working really hard. Waiting in line for a virtual assistant was not appreciated. My main problem is that y'all's fire alarm system in the back building is still on the fritz, which shuts off the door magnets thus leaving most of them shut, cutting off most of the air circulation. It's climate control (not a/c, I'm well aware) which means roughly room temp, or in Midgard's case, they're set to 80, which is perfect IF the hvac system is maintained (from my experience, its definitely not the workers fault as they have probably been asking for more air filters for awhile and they never sent anyone out to actually clear out and maintain the system), which it's not. So now it's hot and humid near my unit (not shocking, just sincerely disappointing), I started to sweat and all I did was go to my unit and walk back to my car. I have items that are sensitive to humidity and the entire reason I still have a climate control unit, from before I even worked there to AVOID losing said items. Overall, like I said, the worker on site was helpful and was working very diligently, the virtual assistant program is ridiculous and redundant (yes, literally by definition) but the person working the position was also working diligently. Very dissatisfied and will be vacating as soon as I'm able, this is just insanity to show up after a long period of time (life prevents me from visiting often, which isnt uncommon) and just be met with such weird business practices that did the opposite of help a customer and former employee.
The assistance that we received was great. I especially love the “virtual assistant”, as what it actually does is connect you with a live agent, on a large screen, that can help you. It assures that that there is always someone available. Smart idea!!
