Midgard Self Storage

I went to this facility last week just to aquire information about a unit and was a little stunned with a virtual kiosk. The gentleman that came on was helpful. A lady came in and said she was the property manager ,Loretta. She came over and offered to help me if needed help. I was just looking to get information on units and she even took me around the property showing me units. The virtual kiosk is a great thing and Loretta was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Will rent next month.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They tell you to use the virtual machine, then the virtual machine tells me I need to talk to an actual person and the actual person tells me she doesn’t know what’s going on. Stay away from this place.
