BEWARE, Please save yourself from headache, save your money and time, do not rent in this storage facility. If I can give zero, I will. If you need assistance you cannot call the manager in the location, you will be directed to a call center and no one will call you back. They raise the rent more than other storage unit companies, you cannot vacate on the date that you want unlike other companies. You need to give a notice of 1 month. If you are enrolled in autopay, they will still charge you even if you already moved out. you will not be able to remove the autopay. They are thieves. Stay away from this place.

Customer service is non existent. Now, when I call I get the call center and never speak to someone who can help me. If I do get the Ocoee office where I have my storage unit, I get the same girl who never does what she says she’s going to do. As a business owner, I would employ her. Countless times now, she has told me she’ll call back, she’ll send me something via email, she have someone else call me back etc. she either takes a message or says “my computer is processing right now but I’ll do it when it’s finished. I’ve been dealing with this for 3 months. I’m going to empty my unit this week and be done with them for good

Paid for the unit and once we got there, gate code was not valid. Took over a day to get it sorted out. No refund or anything for the lost time on our end. Chandler, the manager, never called back but let us know through the office worker that they don’t give refunds period. Then we had to purchase their lock, because only those work on their unit. No apology either for our inconvenience of not being able to store things from truck. Overall horrible experience and can’t wait to get out of the contract. Would not refer them or ever go back there.
