Needed a climate controlled unit. Went to this place. Spoke with the virtual manager and made arrangements for a unit. After receiving my code to get in the wife and I went to look at the unit. Upon entry to the hallway it was immediately noticeable that it was HOT. I mean it was hotter inside than outside. I felt the diffuser in the hallway, no air. I mean none. Closed up the unit and walked to three other entrances and they were also hot. These buildings are sheet metal and no insulation with what looks like a 1-1 1/2 ton unit per section. Under the best of conditions that tiny air conditioner would never adequately cool the spaces. Went back to the virtual manager and told her about the issue. She stated that she would have someone look at the issue. I had already made up my mind that this was not going to work because waiting for a fix wasn't going to work as I needed to have a seriously conditioned environment and this clearly was not the place. I told the manager that I wanted to cancel the contract and she obliged although I have yet to receive a confirmation email for the cancellation. This is an assumption, but after surveying the other units and finding the same hot conditions, I'm willing to bet there is no one on site for maintenance or any other customer service so these issues go unnoticed for long periods of time. I mean how often does one visit their storage? Anyway, if you need a climate controlled storage facility, this isn't the place.

If I could give zero I would. How in the hell do you reach them outside of hours. I have 3 units here one parking I’m paying for that’s non existent due to construction. The others is on autopay. They missed putting one on autopay and it’s locked today???!!!!! I need in it today. Yet you charged me for a parking spot that doesn’t exist. I’m ready to vacate all spots and dispute with my credit card. Ridiculous!!! I need resolution now and no way to reach them!!!

Me back. It took 3 hours but it was the start of her day and she called Me immediately. I explained my frustrations and concerns and she not only listened she heard Me. She empathized She took action to correct the situation. From my phone call with her and my intial review I received two other calls one from Phil and one from Kristen. Both went above and beyond to ensure my issues were resolved. I was fully refunded for the spot I never received I was credited for the late fee due to a CSR error and I received the vacate form since I am leaving the storage due to renting a house. I must say. For an office being closed and these folks to take the time out of their Sunday to assist and make right a wrong. I truly am appreciative. The situation should have never happened from the start. But they are looking into each of my concerns and I feel strongly they will address the construction/parking/handling of things at this location.

Pretty grounds, but poor facilities and worse service. For the last two weeks unit B, which contains dozens of units has NOT had temperature or humidity control. I alerted the virtual attendant (that’s all they have) on July 29th, but on Aug 10th the problem remains. Meanwhile my rates have increased over 40% over the last two years. Good luck getting a virtual attendant to answer your call.
Winfred the desk clerk was very informative. He explained everything and showed us where our storage spot was. This facility is very nice and secure. I would highly recommend this place to those who need to store your stuff.
Absolutely horrible company. I was 5 days late from giving them a 30 day notice and they required me to pay for the entire next month and refused to prorate the amount. The only thing the front office could say is that 'its policy.' I guess its policy for you to take my money when I do not want or need your services. Will never use this company again. They will prorate your move in month but refuse to prorate your move out month. All they want is money, oh and dont be surprised when you move in they will require you to buy insurance at another $20 a month. None of this was mentioned when I originally signed the documents. In fact they had to come find me physically in person to tell me AFTER signing all documents online. I have been with this company only 4 months and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Not to mention they will not let you access your personal items after 10pm even though we are paying hundreds of dollars monthly. Cant wait to get my stuff and be done, not to mention the guy at the front office has a huge attitude problem and is very confrontational.
