Midgard Self Storage

Securty sucks. No cameras around. Cut my battery cables and stold my battery and solar panels twice in 2 months. Homeless camp very near in the woods, and they hop the fence a take stuff for their tents. Police can not do much. Like the rest of the country since criminals have more rights than working people who follow the law.
Examples have to be set. Cut the hand off when catching them steeling, and it will stop. They will think twice because they commit a crime. On Nov 25 they broke into my storage compartment and took stuff again. And they raised my rate. Don't buy a camper unless you find a good storage place.

EDIT!!! I RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH THE ITEMIZATION. I WAS .08 OVERDUE, THEREFORE CHARGED A $20 LATE FEE!!!!! I PAID MY BILL AT THEIR OFFICE KIOSK THROUGH THEIR 'VIRTUAL ASSISTANT' WHICH IS THE ONLY WAY TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. SHE TOOK MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND POSTED $78.20 instead of $78.28! SHORT 8 CENTS!!!! AND I HAVE TO PAY A $20.00 LATE FEE????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? I'M ABOUT TO HAVE A STROKE, I'M SO ANGRY!!!! NO WAY TO TALK TO A HUMAN ABOUT THIS!!!!!

Big change at Midguard. Absolutely zero customer service! Three weeks after paying my monthly fee through their 'virtual assistant ' in their Okahumpka office, I received a phone call from an unknown number requesting my credit card number for a late payment. No way! I asked for some documentation. They sent a message that my rate had gone to $78 from $50 something.No notice of rate increase. Still today, no documentation, no itemization, no one to talk to!

The worst storage to have they no longer have a live person to talk to in office, if you are renting long term they raise their prices every few months. I definitely will not be renting here ever again. I wish I could give a negative 5

Nice place but would like it to be manned during the day. Add more cameras for security also!
