Midgard Self Storage

Price went from $70 to $203 in a year and a half. Paid my previous month with an updated card and they still tried to run my old out of date card this month, which of course didn't go through. Then I never received an email that my payment didn't process so they are charging another $40 late fee while I'm watching my bank wondering why it didn't go through. So from $70 to now $243. They say it's inflation but that's a bit insane for me.

Customer service was very helpful

Terrible communication skills. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Secret fees never discussed. Would never rent here
