I was recently promoted, and part of the requirements for the job necessitated a move to Austin from Dallas. We had used Midnight Movers before, and had no hesitation in reaching out to them for this move. The moving crew arrived promptly within the window assigned, and had my entire apartment packed out and ready to head south in two and a half hours. The move-in at the new apartment proved to be more of a challenge, with a lengthy walk thrown in from where they were able to stage the trailer, and as a result it took about a half hour longer to complete, but they handled it with a professional attitude and efficient use of movements. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for an in-town or in-state move -- the price is quite reasonable and the service is way above and beyond.
I HIGHLY recommend Midnight Hour Movers. They moved me into my apartment 10 years ago, and today they moved me out of my apartment and into my new house. They very very professional, very careful, very helpful, and as a bonus, Brent was hilarious. They spent 5 hours with me, working hard the whole time, and never once complained about the work, the heat, or the large amount of stuff I managed to accumulate in my apartment. If I ever decide to move out of this house, I will be a repeat customer once again.
COMPLETELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. BROKEN CHAIRS, FRIDGE DOORS OUT OF ALIGNMENT, ELLIPTICAL MACHINE BROKEN AND SEVERAL COLLECTIBLE STATUES THAT CAN NOT BE REPLACED. Called on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and asked to speak to Marcus and was told he would call back-3 days later...No call back. Team has made it very difficult to get my items repaired and the only thing I asked for was for the chairs and fridge to be fixed and I would cover the rest of the items out of pocket. I filled out the claims form as asked and sent pictures to Kika even though Chris Lynch documented it all when he was here.
