Bad experience; received a quote from them before an auction and I bid accordingly. Won the bid, arranged with them to haul the item and then the excuses started. Tried for 4 weeks to get Andrew to follow through till he stopped returning our calls and we finally had to use another machinery mover. Don't count on these guys...

Talked with someone on Monday, was supposed to get a call back on Tuesday, never heard back. Sad to think this is the new normal. I guess if you want something done, better get used to doing it yourself. I guess the good part is I will save money.
