I move a lot and this was the worst experience. At first I was impressed with their packing, but then when I began opening boxes I was mortified. They LOST my coffee mugs??? I had a wrought iron butterfly chair that has 4 legs and they lost ONE leg, so I can no longer use it! They LOST my dogs coat and they RUINED my brand NEW FLOORS that were just installed. I attempted to fill out their form, but it’s BS. You cannot document dates and costs of gifts or family heirlooms. I’ll get over it- but not the ruined floors or the missing leg for a chair. I’ll get new mugs and another coat, but what kills me is I showed them proof of the receipt for the chair and they didn’t even offer to pay half. lol it was only $200… The floors are tragic. I spent so much time and money hiring good flooring contractors… never hire this company. The Professionals are the best movers I’ve ever used. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The only reason I didn’t use them this time was because I didn’t meet the minimum requirement for out of state move.

The hunt for secure and convenient RV/travel trailer storage is finally over! George and Emoni were fantastic to work with! They were flexible, helpful and knowledgeable, offering multiple solutions both indoor and outdoor. The updated facility looks great.

Great heated storage units perfect amount of space for motorcycles. You can fit two bigger bikes without saddle bags in a storage unit.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. George and the crew were incredibly accommodating and made my move into my storage unit seamless. I couldn’t recommend anyone else higher than Midway for storage needs. Clean facility with easy access and the friendliest staff.
