Midwest Moving Company - New England

We hired the company to move furniture and a brand new upright Yamaha piano from Lyman Me to North Carolina. Not like most of moving companies I dealt with, they never advised us on how to sign up for extra insurance coverages. So we ended up with only standard insurance (which is by weight).
The movers came in Lyman, was not experienced.
No furniture were wrapped with blankets until I insisted them do so (though I requested upon sign the contract). They broke our Anderson sliding doors and brand new couch even after we warned them won't fit through. No movers knows how to moving piano, so they have to hire piano movers and came in a different days (that delayed the moving).
The track was broken down on the road and they had to switch the truck. when they arrived in NC, we observed sever water damages, including to my brand new piano and antique table (it obviously they switched truck during rain). The movers had no experiences in moving piano, rolled my piano down from truck to my driveway on Piano wheels, instead of using dolly carts. It caused damages to piano wood legs and wheels.
We reach out to manager Dylan. It has been over three months and he is playing game with us, so we won't be able to make any progress on claiming the damage.
Bottom line, all the damages we had are due to negligence and unqualified workers hired. It is not caused by unforeseen reason (which is what insurance cover). Total cost of damages is estimated more than $20,000. They are not cooperate with us.
