They showed up right at the beginning of the time windows. They worked fast and were careful with my belongings. They checked with me so everything was placed in the proper area.

Matthew was fantastic to work with. Very professional & accommodating, and his communication to me was excellent every step of the way. He was quick to answer all my questions.
The crews were efficient (we had 2 on 2 different days). Austin was particularly impressive, worked like a machine, acted like the team lead and was always attentive to our concerns.
My feedback would be for the crew to slow their pace a bit, making it easier to care for the items, thereby putting the customer more at ease.
Definitely would use Midwest again and will recommend them to my friends.
