Mighty Moovers

Definitely would not recommend Mighty Moovers or Brandon. I hired them because they were willing to work with my schedule and a move on Sunday evening. They arrived on schedule, but were not efficient, especially they were after the unpacked stuff rather than the packed boxes and furniture. The initial quote was for $480.00 to move a 3 bed apt to a home for $160.00 /hr for 3 people and truck. I ended up paying 714.00 for 4 hrs and I was charged for fuel. I am not sure why the movers asked me for destination address if they think it is 50 mins away. Also one of the guys was swearing with small kids around, since it was getting late. I will never hire this company again.

If negative 5 stars were an option, I’d select it! NEVER in my life would I use this company! I scheduled my move for 9am on June 29, 2019. At first, Brandon would respond immediately to all my moving questions (via text). But on moving day, when he wasn’t there at 9am or even 10am and I texted and my husband called and left a message and my mother called and left another message, Brandon didn’t respond at all! Not until 1pm! Called to say they were running behind a little bit they are definitely still coming!?! Um...NO you’re not! I couldn’t sit around all day hoping and praying these guys were actually going to show up! I had to be out of my house that day and had 3 graduation parties to attend! I luckily was able to find a moving truck available to rent (after calling a half a dozen places who were all sold out... go figure it’s a Saturday at the end of the month) and have very AMAZING friends who dropped everything to help us out and move our entire house of furniture and appliances out of the old house and into the new one! Unbelievable! First off, how are you behind when you were supposed to be at my house at 9am? You certainly weren’t moving someone else prior to 9am. I’m sure we were the first appointment of the day! So the ONLY explanation that I can come up with is that Brandon and his buddies were partying a little too hard Friday night and we’re too hung over to get up and get to work! To call me at 1pm after we left several messages!?! He was asleep!!! Do NOT use this company even if your life depends on it!

I went with this company because they were highly rated on google reviews and the guy I spoke with, Brandon, was very nice over the phone. He was helpful in rescheduling my move date, which changed several times due to the lending and approval process. The day of the move, however, they arrived more than 2 hours late. I had to keep following up with them to find out where they were. I was very disappointed with this since I had to work the next day and would not have hardly any time to unpack my things. Due to their poor scheduling and lack of communication, I would not Rex this company. They seemed like nice guys but the quality is poor.

Great guys! Professional, moved quickly and efficiently. Will be using them again for another move next week!

We recently moved with this guys. There work is really commendable. Whoever is looking for the professional, trustworthy, friendly and helpful movers. I highly recommend this guys.
