Very Good Customer Service and attention to detail! Everyone was very attentive to my fragile items as well! Very Impressed!!
Had two moves with Mighty Movers (Tulsa). One in September 2020 and the second in July 2022. Both moves were distance moves (from OK to MN). The first move resulted in missing legs for a den coach and den table. Two young gentlemen were a part of that move and they were nice enough - tired from the trip yet cordial.
The second move in July 2022, we were fortunate to have all the furniture delivered in good shape thanks largely to our eyes on the ground in OK.
The issue is Chris who I believe is dual hatted as an account executive and manager. It was tension with Chris from the moment we booked to the moment our furniture was delivered in a remote area in Minnesota. He was so impatient as my wife and me have not seen our furniture in OK for two years and were trying to get our 'bearings' together for placing the furniture. Because he was so agitated at us, as customers, we just decided to get it on the right floor and take if from there.
There was an assistant (he went by two names Chris and NC or RC) who was very professional and courteous. He ensured that our furniture 'legs' were not coming off, that the furniture was not hitting walls and ceilings as best he could and that we got items to the right rooms in most cases.
Now, Mighty Movers seems to operate on a price strategy (not the cheapest yet not the most expensive), so we didn't expect carpet treatment with a bunch of bells and whistles such as assembly yet when operating on a cost strategy, one would think the repeat business would come from friendly, responsive, customer service. Chris just doesn't have this in him - and we tired them twice.
Now, there are two walls and a banister that are going to be added to our cost (pictures forthcoming) due to rushing the furniture downstairs and this was just a stressful engagement. In closing, I want to put this in context: Mighty Movers was our second moving company for our July move (one was local and moved us from an in-area apartment and our third contractor total). Mighty Movers was the only stressful and disappointing experience out of three contractors.
Moving is not easy and as a military member for 24-years, I am patient with moving companies (it's hard work) yet this was by far my most stressful move, and this is coming from a person that doesn't like writing negative reviews on any company.

So this place is pathetic and the manager Chris is one of the most amateur non knowledgeable people I've ever had business with. Paid for a move which went over budget largely due to Chris moving very slowly and in my opinion trying to milk his hour rate. Chris then became agitated and rude when i asked about the second room being left in what i paid for as a two bedroom house move. He finally told me to figure something else out or do it myself because their truck was full which it certainly was not. At the new house they basically threwe everything in the house and took off. Worst moving company ive ever experienced. No your wrong this is not a fraudulent review and it was for a state client so I will only give you last name. Milstead and the move was about 3 months ago. Furthermore I have multiple witnesses who heard me being told that they didn't have room for the second room and that it was our problem so that absolutely happened.
Needed help moving a few heavy items on short notice, and Mighty Movers got the job done quickly and easily! They were very responsive, friendly, helpful, and strong! Would definitely recommend for any moving needs.
Called last minute to move some heavy items we couldn’t lift up the stairs. Had to get it done fast because the Uhaul was due in a few hours. My guy came out and helped us bang out the job in no time flat! Was really kind as well. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone in a pinch
