Do not ever use this company they are the absolute worst and they lie. Ordered a stove through Samsung, they were supposed to haul away the old appliance. Lied to my tenants saying someone would be back to pick up the appliance because they didn't have the right vehicle. No one ever showed back up, when I called they told me it was because bugs. Called my tenants in a panic, only to get picture and video proof the stove had nothing in it. Just lazy and untruthful employees who didn't want to carry the unit from the third floor. Spoke with a manager who said he would look into this and get back to me, never got a call from anyone. Now I have to work with Samsung to get rid of old appliance that they left right on the middle of their porch. Disgusted with this company

This is the absolute worst install company I've ever used. They managed to improperly install my dishwasher 3 times. This is the company that Samsung sent to my home on all 3 occasions. The last time the owner came and made adjustments and after the unit didn't work. Now I'm in a battle with Samsung because I refuse to let this company back into my home to do further damage. So as it stands now the unit is stuck in the floor and cannot be removed to repair. Samsung refuses to send another company out therefore I have take this matter further legally. I also believe that if I use another company it may cancel my warranty. Never use this company even if Samsung tries to force you.

The worst delivery and installation service I have ever had! They sent out two individuals that were unprofessional and confrontational. They gouged our floor when pulling out the old stove, dragged the stove across our mud room door (scratched up) while bringing it outside and called me and my wife a liar when confronted about the hole. Which we asked them to leave at this point (not finished). All my fellow military vets and anybody in general, avoid this company!!!!!!
