The driver just talked politics the whole time he was here

The absolute worst. Botched my dryer install, crushed the dryer venting behind and left it. The owner, Mike, said he would re-order and be back in a week to fix. Never ordered the parts, never came back, won't return phone calls. Do Not Use. Don't say you weren't warned.

Stay away at all cost. Mike's delivery is unprofessional. If you want your appliances installed go with someone else.

They didn't show up, didn't answer their phone, and never installed our appliances. When asking to have our appliances installed they told us they've been around for 35 years and we could just call the appliance manufacturer to find someone else to delivery our appliances... which they already have at their warehouse.

After failing to install our appliances it took me three days to get a hold of someone. Instead they made up excuses. They said they had already been to the house and that their customer service team had called us which was not the case.

Mike- if you're reading this I've never seen such poor service. I want the appliances that I've already paid for delivered to my house.

Mike's Delivery Service delivered my cook range from COSTCO. Although their contact to set up delivery was smooth, I was not satisfied with how Mike installed the cook stove. This is a slide in stove and the back right corner is about 1/4 inch higher than the counter top, leaving a space between the lip of the stove and the top of the counter because he didn't take the time to level the stove. He was already back in his van (I am so annoyed I didn't check the installation thoroughly when he was done) and when I went outside to tell him this, he said 'don't worry about it, it's so the counter top doesn't blister from the heat' for which I told him it was a corian counter top. Again, 'don't worry about it' so now when I cook, the oil pools to the front left of the fry pan because the stove is not level and food collects in the 1/4 inch gap. In addition, he left a cigarette butt in my driveway. He seemed in a huge hurry. I am not satisfied with his installation of my cook stove.
