A very solid storage operation with a team of representatives and local management. I needed not one, but two units on the spot, and they delivered so that our movers were able to pivot and unload overflow items with no problem.

Smooth process for onboarding, and easy access anytime via personal PIN code. Note that the facility is unattended though appears to have decent video security cams.

Editing my old review. Was a perfect spot at the time of needing anything to store my stuff. Hated that it wasn't 24 hours because of the hours I work. Started out with low rates and as time went on they kept raising the unit price....went up to almost $90 a month which started out being about $40 cheaper when i got the 10x10 unit. They require yew to have insurance on your unit although the website made it sound optional. They charge yew if yew don't have a lock on your unit. And don't expect to get a call back for anything...ever. Also they do not and will not work with yew if yew make a partial payment. I get it yew have an agreement with the place but still. Although mine was never taken from me but they didn't at all call me back or email me back for most concerns or issues. But the units are clean besides all that.

i used the climate controlled unit for over a year. hot cold dry and wet. the staff has been very nice and helpful in determining the size and type of storage. their availability was very good when I had questions. the facility is always clean outside and inside hallway. the climate humidity and temperature was always good during the outside temperature variations...this was very important. nice lighting and no hidden areas.
