Climate control is a joke. I have mold or mildew issues constantly. Measured the humidity several times, always high. See pictures of humidity and temp readings ad well as mold and mildew on walls/floors.

edit: my unit flooded from the ceiling, resulting in ruined property and countless hours of moving wet items. I contacted insurance and was told OWNER NEGLECT.

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THIS OWNER WILL NOT DO THE RIGHT THING AND SHANE WILL NOT BE HONEST.

Been a customer for 8 years... The yearly price hikes are out of control. Used to be 24 hours, now the gate locks at 11pm and I was told you will be locked in!
