I normally don’t get a chance to sit still to conduct service reviews but this location and its customer service was well worth every second of expressing my appreciation. Customer service was above and beyond. Facility comfort and cleanliness was one of a kind. It is people like your staff and locations like this that make my heart smile. Thanks for the experience at your facility.

Normally everything about moving is a hassle, packing, renting a u haul, finding a storage unit, not this time around. I was actually looking forward to meeting the woman I had spoken to on the phone numerous times. Sarah went above and beyond to make my life easier. She is very knowledgeable and actually cared enough to take the time and help me find the best unit size and floor to make everything easier on myself. The building and grounds are kept very clean,including the restroom. And anytime I have a concern I know Sarah will get back to me promptly. Highly recommend Milton for all your moving and storage needs.
