I have rent a UHaul last Sunday on Sep. 5th, 2021. It was said to be a 'guaranteed
reservation' described below.

Your reservation is guaranteed or we will give you $50
Should U-Haul, through its own fault fail to meet time, place and equipment size,
a $50 'Reservation Guarantee' will be paid and U-Haul will still attempt to fill the reservation.

However, when I got to the place '622 N Main St. Milton, GA 30009', I
was told the reservation was changed without notice and I need to drive 10 miles further
away to pick up my truck from another place. The altitude is very
impatient like 'if you don't like it, you can go.'

I have arranged both places to open for the moving and the movers are
booked. I have no time to find another UHaul and have to accept the
deal, whatever it is.

This is my very bad experience to deal with UHaul.

After three years, supprised to see vendor's standarized attemp to showcase their case about customers' 0 mark comments, even without looking through the content of their complain. The same behavior, the same performance. Nothing improved after such a long time. Sad.

Sarah and Craig have both extended themselves to make our storage experience professional and cost-effective for our needs.

Sarah is the best!!!! Very friendly and accommodating. Love the cleanliness of the facility....most definitely will recommend!!!!
