Mingo's Moving

Called Mingo’s movers for a local condo move. Each time I called, the owner Jerry answered the phone. He was able to schedule quickly and answer all my questions.
3 movers came and Carlos the lead mover was super professional, courteous, careful. He let us know each step of the way what to expect. I highly recommend this company!

I would not recommend this company at all. I spoke with them 20 days prior to the date I was moving, was told the date I needed was available, and was told they would put me down on their books for that day. Because it was so far in advance, the day before my move I spoke with Jerry the owner to confirm their arrival time. The next day, the arrival time I was given came and went. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told they had overbooked themselves and they asked if it would be possible to move my belongings on the following day. Wholly unreliable, poor customer service, and poor responsiveness after the move when I requested the invoice, it took 8 days and multiple requests for him to text me a picture of it.
