My mom and I went to put stuff in her storage unit and we got stuck inside and had to call the police to come help us out. Her code worked to get us in the gate, but not to get out. There was no after hours line to help us so if the cops didn’t help us we wouldn’t be been stuck all night.

Unit was broken into. Back gate still looks janky where it happened. Had a credit for next month then it disappeared and they only waved the latest fees when I found out I was late. New manager tho, so hopefully things improve.

No lighting after dark is Mt only issue so far.
