Review:

Zero customer service/support. Will happily accept an entire months rent on the 2nd of the month if you do not “give notice of cancellation before the 1st of the month.” They do not refund nor prorate. Also, increasing rent with this being months into having no answer on when the entry gate will actually be functional. Anyone can enter the “secure” gated area at any time.
