Angel R. was very helpful. I called for pricing and to reserve a 5x10 unit and she was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and made the process of renting a unit very quick and simple. I reserved the unit that morning and it was waiting on me when I got their that same afternoon.

With that said, Angel is the reason for the 5 star rating. She was superb and the following criticism is no reflection of her or her great customer service skills. She has no control over what I'm about to criticize I just wanted to make sure that was clear!

I wanted to rate the overall experience of using the website and the pricing information a 3, maybe a 4. The pricing on the website is very misleading and to book a unit thru the website is significantly more expensive than it was to do it in person.

According to the website my first month was free, but the website wanted $76.76 for that free first month. And when I went to the office itself, my free first month was almost $50 and $80 plus dollars a month after that.

According to the website, the particular unit I was renting would be approximately $9-$12 a month if I remember correctly. I do believe it said $9 a month and first month free. So worst case scenario, I was thinking around $40-$50 a month would be my payment after my what I thought was a free month. Technically, you dont get a free month. But due to random fees, insurance, etc, the unit ended up being more than double what the website says you're going to pay.

10/10 recommended!
