I rented a unit on Dec. 1st. There was a lock on it when I went to check it out. Today is Dec. 12th, and the lock is still there. I have 4 different contact numbers, but so far no one has been able to remove the lock on the unit for which I have lost 12 days use.

I am changing my review from 2 to 4 stars. I finally got access to my unit today, and I am very satisfied with its location and condition.

We had a rough start, but after contacting the right people, we received the information that was needed! The manager, Yadi, contacted us personally and has been amazing! We are very pleased with our unit and the company! Would definitely recommend.

I was not pleased with this place at all some of my things got ruined because water got in the unit & because i removed my stuff & didnt take picturs first nothing could be done about it even though i was charged $20 a month for insurance . I was also upset because i got my items out without giving them a 10 day notice i was still charged for the month that my items were no longer in it so they got paid for nothing . U will never use them again or refer to anybody
