Just rented two units today, and am pleased with the friendliness of the person who helped us. The storage units are clean, spacious and seem secure with numerous cameras all around the property. I’ll begin moving my things in tomorrow.

Great option for self storage. I made a phone call and within the hour I was loading a unit with my belongings. I received second month free, and insured for loss if things were damaged or stolen. Great customer service, easy access, and climate controlled. If you need storage space, this is the place to call.

When I signed up tor a unit I said I only needed it for one month. Ten day notice required to move out but I was never informed of this and am being charged for a month for an empty unit not needed. I gave them 30 days notice, when i signed up. Customer service didn’t answer calls in a timely manner. I called and left a message with notice to remind them
I was moving out after one month days ago. There was no work around to avoid this egregious charge (170 dollars, for an empty unit).
