Mini Mall Storage - Batesville

We have rented out a storage unit and paid in advance for two months and was able to get into it once and now our code no longer works we have called multiple times and they never answer the phones. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Great place, clean, friendly staff however; I had 4 storage units set up for Auto pay i got delinquent notice so called and made sure was on auto pay...They got it straightened out after long time on phone listening to same recording about pay bills online. I recently closed 3 of the 4 storage units and the lady assured me it was still on auto pay now im getting delinquent notices and no access to my unit and cant get through to anyone to pay. I suggest getting better phone service. Returning customer calls promptly and checking autopay system something's not working right there. In the meantime i will continue to call and sit on hold, to confirm auto pay again... Uhg.. Need to work on this please. Update! .....Called me back right away and got it taken care of thanks guys. Back up to 4 to stars now.

I googled best prices in the area and this was my first time renting a storage unit and Lori from the Batesville location went above and beyond. I had a lot of questions and she was very pleasant and helpful. Not to mention she also followed up with me 3 times to make sure I didn't need any further assistance. That kind of service is hard to find these days. I'm very happy to rent a unit there. Thank You!

Excellent customer service The issue was when we picked our stuff up and seen rat poop all over our stuff. That was disgusting & very upsetting.
