Very simple, and convenient process signing up! Bailey was informative, kind, and answered all of my questions. She was also able to save me money with their promotional offers. 10/10 experience.

No less than a day after reserving did I get a call from the site manager Rick, who is awesome. He didn't just go through what I reserved but talk to me about what I was needing to ensure that I was getting what was needed. He also talked me through both locations and every little thing that was needed to finish reserving that left me not questioning what to do when I go to move in.

Truly he was great. 10/10

A whole bunch of hidden fees and they force you to buy insurance you don't need. So a 25$ unit cost you $100

In response to owner: you force ppl to pay 25$ a month for insurance then you add like 2 or 3 different administration fees then yoh add carbon tax. A 25$ unit from you guys ends up costing $100. You get ppl to come there for the low price and that price is a lie. No other storage units force anyone to get insurance. Ppl don't need insurance on clothes. You are scammers. With your hidden fees you end up bein more expensive than all the other storage units in the area.
