I liked them when they first took over Ellettsville affordable storage but every month my fee for my storage.unit Keeps going up with no explanation no email, no phone call no formal letter with the change until you go to pay your bill and it’s a slap in the face. The employees have always been kind and it’s not their fault that the business they work is shady. . I will be filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau about this due to the fact that when I first communicated with them when they bought out Ellettsville affordable storage unit would be cheaper than what it was prior and now, Each month it keeps increasing almost $20 more. It’s hard enough to survive with everything going up food, bills, And just the necessity to be able to survive, and then to do this to people who are on a limited budget who plan to only spend a certain amount each month on certain things And then, when they go to pay their bill they can’t pay that increase so they’re gonna lose their personal item’s how heartbreaking. These mindless fees for a million dollar company. I understand buying a new business but what about the people that already are established there and been there for several years why raise their cost of their storage unit? I understand new renters, but not the ones that already have one it’s so unfair. I will be contacting several places to make formal complaints.
Update July 2,2024 they raised their prices again so sad especially when you have the smallest storage unit possible the employees are amazing. I know it is not their fault that prices go up. times are hard for everybody just a sad time in the world

I would not rent from here for the simple fact they are overpriced you can find it cheaper somewhere else. Plus you can’t never get a hold of anybody and all they do is keep raising your rent. I have been here for 10 years and I’ve been here since they took over and ever since they took over every damn six months raising the rent, and then they keep moving the office where you can’t pay and then you can’t get a hold of nobody. I wouldn’t rent here.
