Mini Mall Storage - Blountville

This business, as well as its 5-star reviews, used to be named 24/7 Self Storage. Around one year or so ago, it was purchased by the dreaded Mini Mall that it is today. At the time of purchase my price went from $42/mo to nearly $90/mo.

I have done business with storage facilities all over the State of Tennessee and I have to say that this company is the worst that I’ve ever done business with. Price gouging and massive insurance fees and late fees (after receiving no invoice as I did with the former owners every month) are required, I would recommend any other storage business at this point. Mini Mall has only made it as difficult as possible to do business with them anymore. Pathetic.

Nice facility but...the new owners surprised us with a 15% PRICE INCREASE. Granted, the agreement stipulates that they can do that at any time yet with a fixed asset like a storage unit, 15% seems unjustified.

This is the worst business youcould ever choose to do store ;your property. They will no mail an invoice, late fees start on the 5th of the month and you are automaticall locked out of your storage. DO NOT use thsi storage!

Getting the unit was very easy. Size was perfect for our needs.
