***** Update since owner responded to review nothing has been done. Now I have seen a live bug!!!!!!
**** Update the new company is now just raking in the profit without managing the buildings. They have put on an additional $17 monthly fee. One of these fees is the facility maintenance fee. That fee is $2.99. This location has 2 buildings, 296 total units paying that fee monthly= $885.04. I have been sending requests to clean the entrance and floors since December(it is currently March ). You can not get through the door without running into spider webs. The floors are so filthy that if you accidentally drop something or need to push something in, you will plow all the dirt and dead bugs to your unit.

Great place to store your extra stuff.

I was in need of a place to store furniture on short notice and from the 1st phone call they were very nice and helpful and it was a quick process and I was able to start moving stuff in on the next day

I have a unit in blountville TN. And There was a huge misunderstanding but Ashley quickly fixed the issue she is kind and does her job very well. People need to be more like Ashley for all the other places get you an Ashley!!!!
