Mini Mall Storage - Greeneville

This was a mistake. I've set up auto pay three times in the two years I have been a customer. It never works...they love late fees...and don't expect any respect when you call. They'll play the 'there's nothing I can do,'card. Everytime. Unless you personally know the owner, I'd go elsewhere.

The nice man I spoke with made my move in process so easy. Happy with unit i rented and the security of the facility. Everything is clean, and everything works. Happy they offered insurance and locks as well. I feel my belongings are safe here.

UPDATE
One year later...i moved my things out of storage and everything was in the same shape I left it in! No bugs, easy access, no water issues, friendly staff. If you need storage, this is a great place!
