Mini Mall Storage - Hot Springs

Super easy to set up with using my cell phone. Had an issue with opening the unit door and they had someone there within 15 minutes. Turns out you need to step on the handle to release the lock, so actually no issue at all. It was user malfunction!

I had a lot of problems getting in the gate several times and I believe someone tried to get into my storage and was told several of ur storages were broken into I was one of the lucky ones that they couldn't because I used ur lock in stead of one I was going to use. There really needs to be someone on sight at this location. It would elevate these issues. I at this time wouldn't recommend your units on winnans to anyone. I'm sorry I chose u because u were the cheapest I could find iam low income and have to live in low income apts here in hot springs. It's very sad that people are very evil these days and we all need to protect and help each other in these horrible times. But I do appreciate how u have tried to make renting from u as pleasant as possible. Thank u
