Mini Mall Storage - Hot Springs

I have a cousin moving into town and looking into where to store their items while they get things settled. I spoke with Banin, who was a Saint with advice. Every question I had she had an answer for and helped us figure out the perfect unit size. The stress she took off our shoulders meant the world with all the other stuff we have to handle. I'd definitely recommend this facility.

Awesome customer service and great price! Easy to rent online. I had an issue with the unit assigned as far as being able to back in a trailer and thanks to Barbara, she was quickly able to switch us to a more suitable unit in less than 5 minutes on the phone! Highly recommend!
