Mini Mall Storage - Hot Springs

I’ve been searching around for a storage unit for a while now and Aryn has by far been the nicest, friendliest, most patient person I’ve met so far! She answered all of my questions and was very patient when I ended up having more! I was very upfront and told her I’m still shopping around and just wanted some answers to questions and I feel like that didn’t sway her customer service experience with me. This has been an issue at other places I’ve inquired at. She spoke to me like I was a friend and made me feel comfortable asking all my questions instead of like I was wasting her time. I will most definitely be making a trip to speak to her in person!

In researching local storage units, I spoke with an operator named Brandy in Hot Springs. She was kind, knowledgeable, and informative. She was patient with me and all of my questions. Her people skills of over the top. What an asset! Thank you, Brandy!

Rented a unit went to put my things in it they had a lock on it that I could not get into. Called and was told someone would call me back. Never heard a word from anyone. Now im told they are out of Canada and it will take 30 or more days for me to get my money back.

If you want excellent customer service and professionalism, ask for Brandy. She was so helpful with all of my questions and concerns.
