Rented a unit for one month. We needed a unit that could hold an entire four bedroom house worth of furniture and stuff. Some of the units are a little hard to get to due to the fence, causing you to not have a lot of space to turn with a trailer. Or not even a driveway at all… Besides that they were decent units for what they are and the staff was very helpful. We forgot to give notice that we were done with our unit, which was entirely my fault for not reading the fine print… but they were super accommodating and understanding. I’d rent from them.

This place is ridiculous. What a terribly managed company that is so pieced together it doesn't even work together. I bought a storage unit online went to the place at night after office hours and gate code didn't work. Called mid week got a confirmation gate code works now. I try to go in on the weekend can't even get inside the climate control unit because this requires a completely different code never given to me. I get that code come back again and guess what there's a green lock on my door and I was never given a code for it. Now I'm completely moved out of my apartment truck loaded and I can't even get into the unit. I am a truck driver and can't be here during the week so now I have no place to safely put my items

Chris is really easy to work with and extremely helpful. I have been using this storage for a few months now and I'm very happy with it. They have locks that you can use if you don't have one that makes it convenient and you are able to get in the gate with your gate code until 10pm. I have no complaints about this place at all.

Can't get in gate and can't get anyone on phone so had to pay another day for uhaul plus all the miles from driving back and forth because you can't get into it then the system locks
