Mini Mall Storage - Jasper

Just moved my storage unit to Mini Mall in Jasper and had a great experience with Corey! The unit is very clean and the access for big trucks with a trailer is wonderful compared to my last place. Highly recommend!

Don't bother wasting your time with this place! I've had my things here for the last almost 7 yrs. The last couple yrs the prices have been jumping every 3 to 6 months, small amounts at first! Last month it jumped (from $285 to $326) and now this month it's jumped again ($411).... almost $100 more, with no warning either!!!! The women that manages this place is the sweetest person, this is nothing to do with her! I've even brought them business with new clients. But the company that owns it now is totally ridiculous with these constant price increases!!!
You have no interest in trying to work things out. You took away military discounts as well as multiple unit discounts. You don't care how long these people have been with this location and that they should actually be grandfathered into your current ownership.I know I'll be looking for something else soon. I also know I'm not they only 1.

Ms Corey has made this process easy!! She is so helpful, so communicative and really took the headache out of this process. I priced out several places available in town. But I ended up selecting mini mall because of her and the clean facilities

The property manager Corey was such a sweet heart and helped us so much we appreciate all the help she have to us! 10/10 would recommend them!
