Mini Mall Storage - Kingsport

I rented a storage unit here at the end of 2022 and had a great experience. I just did again for January of 2024 and have had an awful experience. The process to cancel service and move out of your unit is extremely predatory. I used my unit for 3 weeks and because I couldn't sit on hold on a phone call for 30+ minutes (I tried 3 times) I had to pay for an extra month. If I didn't pay for the extra month, I was informed they would keep charging me for additional months. I sent several emails and messages to the website trying to let them know I was done with the unit when phone calls didn't work. None were returned. Make sure you go over the lease with a fine tooth comb. I wish I would have, but thought the process would be the same after renting a unit two years ago.
