Mini Mall Storage - Loganville

I just happen to google storage near me and i came across Mini mall storage. I called and i did a rental over the phone.Shenika i believe she is the Manager was great. She answered all my questions. Great job! Thank you

My son and I came to this storage facility looking to park our Rv. We were greeted by Shenika the property Manager and she greeted us with her beautiful smile and was so informative. The parking was perfect for my son and I think I'm going to come back to rent a unit. The area seems well protected. Mini mall is a great place for storage for your items and vehicles.

Come on and check out this storage facility. The environment the employees the cleanliness will help you decide, that you are storing your items or vehicle at the right place. It's under new management and these Girls rock! The turn over is amazing. It's a hidden gem with brand new climate control units! The prices are definitely affordable.

The units are new, pristine, and convenient. Moving is stressful, but storing my belongings with Mini Mall Storage was easy-breezy. Ayesha and Shanika were professional, friendly and knowledgeable about company fees, policy, etc. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I was real hesitant on bringing my belongings to this establishment. I came to ask questions and see how big the units were. I came in and was warmly welcomed by Amy. She went above and beyond showing me 4 units, and reassured me that she would do everything she possibly could that my belongings would be safe. Amy was very relatable and truly amazing! NOW onto the stuff you have to hear! I came in and the manager has a verbal altercation with Amy and was talking to her like a child! Then I came up to my storage unit at night and it looked like this man was kind of living out of his storage, so I did not pay it any mind but then when I came back up and my kids and I were putting some belongings in he was FULLY NAKED HOLDING HIS PRIVATE PART IN HIS HAND? I felt so disgusted and wanted to take my things out of this storage. They have cameras but allowed him to do this often. Then they started to automatically deduct the money out of my account, and did not ask me. I do believe that they have since cleaned up certain aspects but the gate is always open, they automatically take the payment out without your permission, I just want to get out of here. There have been some cleanups and Shenika has been a very bright spot, and has been trying to turn the negative things about this establishment into positive ones. Thank you Shenika for coming in and building rapport. Would I come back to store my belongings probably not but, I appreciate all the things that have been done.
