Mini Mall Storage - Longs

Kevin worked with me to find a reasonable solution to my storage needs. He made the move-in process as easy as he possibly could. His location is relatively close to my residence so it is convenient.

Office Manager is easy to work with and very helpful!

What impressed me most about Mini Mall is their customer service. Kevin, the representative that assisted me, went out of his way to make sure that our needs were met: He met me at the scheduled time to show me a unit at a location away from his office; he explained my options; and he followed-up as promised.

Donna and Kevin in the office are top notch!! They have helped me so much getting in to my new place and feeling welcomed. Along with Brenda who has been so responsive and helpful as well. Couldn’t ask for a better place to be!! Thanks everyone!!
