The regional manager helped me get a second storage unit even though they technically weren't even open. I had two moving trucks and misjudged how much space we'd need. With a parking lot full of trucks and moving men (in the rain!) she had the second unit ready in 5 minutes. Much appreciated

Mini Mall Storage in Longs has proven to be an ideal location for establishing and expanding my auto detailing business. Its strategic position in the center of Longs provides convenient access to all structures and commercial establishments.

As a commercial tenant, I would respectfully suggest that enhancements could be made to the buildings, roadways, and overall property maintenance. Compared to some of the other newer, more advanced facilities that have gone in in recent years, I feel like we are lacking curb appeal in our community. Additionally, I would like to emphasize the significance of the staff's contribution to the success of this facility. Their prompt attention to any issues or repair needs ensures a seamless and efficient operation.
