Staff is very friendly & helpful, but regional/corporate office increases at too high of a rate. Inflation is real, I get it, but when regional managers aren’t able to provide an explanation as to why $30+ increases are happening, it was time to take business elsewhere.

Employees are very friendly and helpful Very disappointing that literally 3 days after I rented I got the email regarding more charges. This should have been known at the time I went in the office to rent a unit.
