I am moving from Porter to Lufkin and needed a reliable storage, Kathryne helped me out, got me all set up, answered her phone when my code wouldn't work, helped me get in and has been nothing but amazing!

Things were great until they werent!! I had 2 units, I canceled them both August 26th, spoke to a lady on the phone that said it was taken care of. Received an email a few weeks later that my payment was due, I called and told them I had canceled both units. Then I got a phone call about a week later that said my payment was past due, I told her I had canceled, she noted it in my file. Yesterday (9/13) my card was charged for the storage unit. I got a refund and everything was great and fine. Then this morning 9/14 my card was charged AGAIN! Watch your money. Apparently they like to keep it.

ADD ON!! THEY NOW OWE ME $280! I HAVE TWO PENDING CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD.

We were in need of a storage unit quickly and Chris responded accordingly and we had our unit literally within minutes. That’s what I call service!!!

The best company to rent from and the best customer service I recommend anyone to try them.
