Great facility. The site is relatively new with plenty of security cameras and fencing. The only issue is the extremely dangerous placement of the signage. The sign obstructs the view of the highway you exit on. I would think local laws would restrict the sign from being there. Other than that, it’s a great place.

I rented a unit online because I was relocating from South Carolina. I opted for a 3 month special of $67 per month. My 3 months' bills have been $150+, $130+, and $130+. I'm being charged the regular rate of $80-something per month. I argued this at the facility and the guy told me they have nothing to do with what's posted online. He also told me to brace myself because the rates go up every few months and they have no control over that. My question is, if they don't control that locally, who the hell decided to charge me a rate 30% higher than what I agreed to online? Not to mention, the first 2 months the gate was standing open when I'm paying this ridiculous amount of rent for a 'gated, secured' unit. When I confronted him about that, he told me the position of that gate didn't affect the security of my unit one way or the other. To which I replied, that doesn't matter. It was a selling point online that ultimately persuaded me to rent from your company. I am extremely dissatisfied with this place but unfortunately I don't have the resources to move my belongings elsewhere. I very much got the impression that their attitude is, give me your money or get your stuff out. I feel that my concerns with the rent amount discrepancy and the fact that I was paying more than I would at other places for an unsecured unit, fell on deaf ears. To say the very least, I felt dismissed.

Great place to store but they raise prices quickly. I'll be leaving soon due to the raises. Highest price in town.
